Reputation-index methodology
A public explanation of evidence factors, limitations and the right to challenge a result.
Purpose
The index helps describe data quality and recency, verified authority, fulfilment of assigned actions and interaction history within TransitGate.
Factors
Factor classes include identity and authority; completeness, reliability and freshness of data; completion of confirmed process stages; response quality and issue resolution. Detailed weights may be protected against manipulation.
Boundary
The index is not a credit rating, government accreditation, solvency assessment, sanctions opinion or guarantee of transaction performance.
Correction and appeal
A profile should display calculation date, factor classes and sources. A participant may correct input data and request human review by written request to the registered address or via a verified digital channel after publication.
