Data control
The architecture is designed to keep each company in control of submitted information. Personal contacts and KYC documents are not designed to be publicly visible.
Role-based access
Exporter, importer, customs broker, logistics provider and expert views are designed around the minimum data needed for each task. Access is intended to be logged.
Data states
The interface distinguishes draft, user declaration, evidence-attached fact, expert review and AI suggestion.
AI boundary
An AI suggestion is not a government decision, legal opinion or guarantee. Material conclusions must be explainable and available for human review.
