Written requests are accepted at the Operator’s registered address. Electronic addresses will be published only after active corporate mailboxes have been verified.

TransitGate is not a transaction party, bank, insurer, customs authority, customs broker, carrier or certification body. Scores, statuses and suggestions are not import authorisations, legal opinions, credit ratings or performance guarantees.

3. User duties

Users must provide accurate data, confirm authority, avoid unlawful content, protect credentials and respect third-party rights.

4. Scores and review

A user may request sources, correction, explanation and human review of readiness or reputation results by written request to the registered address or via a verified digital channel after publication.

5. Disputes

The parties seek pre-trial resolution. Claims are sent to the registered address or a verified digital channel after publication. Russian law applies.
