Written requests are accepted at the Operator’s registered address. Electronic addresses will be published only after active corporate mailboxes have been verified.

2. Purpose

Preparation of cross-border B2B interaction, participant communication, deal-readiness assessment and limited access to data necessary for the defined business interaction.

3. Conditions

Countries, recipients, data categories and legal basis must be specified before a cross-border scenario is activated. Personal contacts, KYC documents and beneficial-ownership information are not disclosed to foreign participants by default without a valid basis.

4. Withdrawal

The data subject may refuse or withdraw consent by written request to the registered address or via a verified digital channel after publication. This may limit functions involving foreign participants.
